The Pluswood/Plywood Credit Union was chartered 6/17/1965 by the employees of Pluswood Industries and Plywood Oshkosh. In 1979, the Buckstaff Employees Credit Union merged with the Pluswood/Plywood Credit Union to become Pluswood Group Credit Union. Other SEGs (Select Employee Groups) joining Pluswood Group Credit Union included Jansen's Restaurant and Jeff's on Rugby Restaurant. The Credit Union is still legally called Pluswood Group Credit Union but has been shortened to just PlusWood Credit Union in recent years.
